First this - some team managers at Microsoft apparently decided that getting a chance to wear team leaders Hawaiian shirt is somehow motivating for the team members.

And now this. If the employees meet certain criteria for a month, then there will be a “Jeans Day” next month as a special bonus.

Makes me wonder from what planet those managers come from, because there is no way that a normal human being can possibly come up with ideas like that.
